1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3999but ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 3999but platform — including its sports betting section, live casino lobby, slots section, and all associated promotional services — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 3999but platform and close your account.

3999but reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 3999but following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or translation inconsistency, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. These Terms apply to all players accessing 3999but from Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

Governing Language

All communications, account notifications, promotional materials, and support interactions at 3999but are conducted in English. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have sufficient English-language comprehension to understand the content of this agreement and the platform's operational rules.

Relationship Between Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency arrangement between you and 3999but. You access 3999but as an independent individual consumer. 3999but provides an online gaming entertainment service; you engage with that service on a voluntary, personal basis.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 3999but is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform:

Self-Declaration of Eligibility

False declarations of eligibility — including misrepresentation of age — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of discovery.

Geographic Eligibility

3999but is designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful in their location. 3999but makes no representations that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 3999but services — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register and maintain an active, verified account on the platform. Account registration at 3999but is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the details on your official identification documents. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account at 3999but. The platform actively monitors for duplicate registrations using the same name, date of birth, address, payment method, device identifier, or IP address. If a player is found to hold more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all bonus winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Only one account per household is permitted.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3999but username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 3999but will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension and the inability to process withdrawals until documents are submitted and verified. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, and only to methods registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for verified accounts using mobile banking methods. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take up to three business days to clear. 3999but reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.

Transaction Restrictions

• Deposits must be made for the genuine purpose of betting and gaming. Using 3999but as a payment processing intermediary or money transfer service is strictly prohibited.
• Chargeback requests against 3999but transactions are considered a material breach of these Terms. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• 3999but reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is considered suspicious or if the account has not yet completed KYC verification.
• Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player. 3999but processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka only.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

3999but offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards are subject to the specific terms detailed in each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players at 3999but are eligible to claim a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000, plus 100 free spins. The welcome bonus is available to players who register a new account and make their first qualifying deposit within 72 hours of completing registration. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and is limited to one per player, per household, and per device.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded at 3999but are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳10,000 must be wagered a total of ৳300,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account; any unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games at 3999but contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Sports betting: 100% contribution (at minimum odds of 1.5)

Bonus Abuse & Misuse

3999but monitors betting patterns associated with bonus play. Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including low-risk wagering strategies intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse. 3999but reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 3999but's sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed at 3999but are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as well as the general provisions set out in this section. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game at 3999but, you agree to the applicable rules in their entirety.

Bet Placement

A bet is only considered valid and accepted at 3999but when a bet reference number has been issued and the bet confirmation is displayed in your account's betting history. Placing a bet does not constitute acceptance until this confirmation is issued. 3999but reserves the right to decline, cancel, or void any bet at its discretion — including, without limitation, bets placed on markets where a technical error has produced an incorrect price, or where the outcome of an event was already known at the time of placement.

Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on 3999but are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed. 3999but uses decimal odds format as the default display. 3999but makes no guarantee of a minimum price or market availability for any specific event, match, or fixture.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available across cricket, football, and other sports at 3999but. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which updated odds or market suspension may be applied. 3999but accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate or delayed score information. In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the discretion of 3999but's trading team.

Casino Games

All RNG (random number generator) casino games available at 3999but use certified fair-play algorithms. Game outcomes are determined independently by each game's RNG and cannot be influenced by 3999but or by the player. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; their individual game rules apply in addition to these Terms. 3999but is not liable for any technical interruptions in live game streaming caused by the studio provider.

Void Bets and Cancellations

3999but reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• An event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum play period required by the applicable sport rules has elapsed
• A technical error resulted in a materially incorrect price being offered
• Obvious pricing errors occur (e.g., odds significantly deviating from the true market price)
• The market was offered in error or relates to an event outside 3999but's standard coverage
• Evidence of match fixing, result manipulation, or corruption is reported by a recognised sport's governing body

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your 3999but account balance in full. No winnings are payable on void bets.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

3999but reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in this section. Where a suspension is initiated by 3999but for reasons other than a breach by the player, any genuine cash balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 3999but

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity documents
• Multi-accounting (holding more than one 3999but account)
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated against 3999but
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at 3999but staff
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

Voluntary Account Closure

Before your account can be closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any withdrawable cash balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful are encouraged to activate the self-exclusion feature available in the 3999but account settings panel. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999but, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or relating to your use of the 3999but platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions
• Any interruption to live casino streaming caused by third-party game providers
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any decisions you make based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3999but platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software code, and game assets — is the proprietary property of 3999but or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 3999but content without prior written authorisation from 3999but.

Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that an error has occurred in relation to your account, you must contact 3999but support at support@3999but within 30 days of the transaction in question. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant transaction will not be investigated. 3999but's decision on any dispute, following thorough internal review, is final and binding. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
